Nice sink with a not so nice faucet

I purchased this sink for my laundry room, and it looks and works great, but I had to buy a replacement faucet because the one that came with the sink was defective and missing parts. The customer service support line didn't replace the parts and suggested that I return the sink for a refund, which is a hassle for such a large item, so I spent extra money on a good faucet instead. If this item were sold without the faucet at a lower price, it would be a better value.

Large stainless steel sink!

We picked up at store and it was in perfect condition. It was just what I was looking for and a very reasonable price.

Equipment missing

I don’t like the fact that you don’t have all the necessary parts to finish hooking up the drain. If you are going to supply the faucet than the drain pipes should be included due to the size being different from existing pipes.

Nice utility sink but with a problem

Bought from local store. Well packaged, no damage. The problem was the locknut for the strainer. The threading was loose and did not allow the nut to be tightened. I had an old strainer that I had to use instead. It's hard to get all hoses through the brass washer for the faucet. I left out one hose, put the others through and then was able to get the remaining host through. There in no measurement on where to place the base, so I placed it to allow clearance for the wall baseboard and allow the...

Solid utility tub

The packaging was very good and all parts arrived undamaged. The look and finish are both very good. Everything is included in the package (to include hot/cold water lines) except plumbers putty and silicone. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Excellent product

Very well made utility sink, stainless basin, metal faucet that's better than most sold as a single item and a good value too.

Nice cabinet, looks great!

Looks great! Easy to install. All parts came with the sink. Perfect for replacing our old plastic utility sink. Only con is this sinks drain is at the back & our old sink had a center drain. So we had to shift the cabinet placement over to install the drain plumbing properly. Luckily we had room to do so. This could pose a problem for installation in a tight space.
