Received Broken sink and cabinet.

Very disappointing! The order was delayed by almost a week. Then when we (finally) got it home, it was damaged, so have to bring it back to the store and purchase another.

An Irritated Customer

This has been a nightmare. The basket strainer and assembly was too big and did not sit flush. On May 4 I contacted Customer Support and ordered a replacement part. I called several times about the status and each time was told it is in process. When I called on Thursday, May 25 the representative told me I should get it within the next 2 days. Here it is a week later and no part. I called again today and insisted on speaking to a supervisor. She apologized and said they would contact the ma...

Dimensions are listed wrong.

Lowe’s has dimensions as width 21.4in and length 24, I am looking for a thin space saving sink and double checked on the specifications. Picked it up and took it out of the box only to measure to find out it’s 21.4in wide. Now I have to re box and take it all the way back to Lowe’s. I am frustrated.

The sink is very well made. It includes ever needed to install it. I like that it has a separate base with easy to level feet. The basin covered the walls of the base in a way that will allow the rigidity of the sink to stay strong and the wood to remain dry. I am very pleased

Cheap means cheap.

The cabinet itself seems to be well assembled. Laminated surfaces. The screws that secure the base are too long, and just poke through enough to crack/dimple the laminate on the inside floor. The faucet is disappointing, very flimsy, wobbles. The hoses have a cheap plastic feel to them. I am concerned it will not hold up to regular use. The sink is also very thin metal. It is suggested you screw it to the wall to help secure it. Be sure not to do this up high and then glue the sink down. You wil...

Very nicely designed sink. But two problems: 1) instructions are completely out of order - you cannot complete the installation without dismantling what has been done. 2) hooking up drain tubes is very difficult - to accommodate the position of the drain in the wall, special modifications and parts are needed. A very similar unit at HD has all that but it wasn’t known until the final steps of installation.
