be careful when picking up

product was broken in back but my contractor hid it in the back . the box was punctured somehow.I needed product installed because of time crunch. My contractor picked it up and I could not have him make another trip

Incomplete

There is not pipe for connecting to the sink and nothing in the store fits. Its maddening.

Looks nice in photos, but quality lacking

We had this delivered to our house and it arrived damaged. We tried to get a replacement or discount, but customer service kept disconnecting before we could wrap up. We ended up mending and installing the damaged sink and it was difficult to install. The sink didn’t sit squarely on the base and the metal drain also didn’t sit squarely in the cutout. All in all, it feels like a cheap product that wasn’t cheap (but it looks nice).

We had to buy a separate drain assembly since the one that came with the utility tub was not threaded properly.

Be ready to add your own backsplash.

I received free shipping and had read the cabinet was sometimes damaged during shipping. It was the last one in stock about 60 miles away, we were here when they delivered and helped the driver unload and they helped us lift it up the stairs. It was not damaged, and the shipping was 5 days earlier then estimated !! I do wish the stainless-steel sink was available in the cabinet at a stronger gauge, like 18 or 16.
