Great Water Cooler

Water cooler works perfect. It seems smaller than the one we had in the past (different brand), so you really have to bend to get water out of it. Since it is smaller, I think it is easier to put a new bottle on than our older one. It cools the water down very fast and having a hot water feature is prefect for when we want hot chocolate or teas.

So far, so good!

We purchased this two weeks ago, and so far it's working very well. It's nice looking too!

Impressive

Replaced an old water cooler with this one. Like the modern look. Dispenses water very quickly. Happy with this purchase.

Piece of crap

Haven't had this cooler for even a year and the hot side started dripping water one night. Lost about 2 and a half gallons of water all over the kitchen and living room floor. Wouldn't recommend or every buy again. Hoping Lowes will refund our money.

Was easy to set up! I like the backlight option behind the water dispensers. Definitely worth the price!

So far so good

Ive had the water cooler for about 2 weeks and so far so good. The cold water is very cold. I haven't used the hot water as much but it seems to be hot enough for really hot tea.

Love this purchase! Was going through cases of water bottles a week, that’s a lot of plastic in the garbage! In the short time I’ve had this, already paying dividends and the family loves it!

Great Cooler!

Works great. Easy to set up. Wish I hadn't waited years to do this. Kept paying monthly rental fees to water delivery service. NOT a good idea.

Bought this cooler as a water dispenser and have found it to be much more than that

Awesome Cooler that's running strong since 2015

It does the job you want it to do and that's it. Has worked so long (with regular cleanings) that I am thinking of getting another one. If you want a cooler that will last you a long time, get this one.

DO NOT BUY!

We bought our first cooler in May of last year. Never having one before, we weren’t sure what was normal and what was not. Ours would make a loud knocking/boiling sound periodically. After hearing from a friend that it was not normal, I called Primo and they said they would send me a new one, no questions asked. They sent me another one and within a week this one is getting progressively louder. I can no longer return it to Lowe’s, and I really don’t want another Primo one. Save yourself a heada...

More than adaquate

A water cooler is a simple thing. This one is straight forward but with some nice additions for a base model. It is capable of both cooling and heating water, but if you don't use one (for me I don't need hot water) you can switch that function off to conserve a little electricity. The night light above the dispenser is also a great option.

Awesome Product

I'm glad I purchased this dispenser, not only does it dispense cold water but it also heats it, the price was great considering the benefits it provides. I'm thinking of purchasing a couple more for my family. Very happy overall.
