Second Primo - DUD

We bought this primo to replace our old one. The older one stopped chilling the water which we thought happened because of moving it to iur new place. Turns out its a common issue because this one is jot even a year old, never been moved, and again no chilled cold water! Do not buy if you want cold water.

Does not chill my water.

I got this water dispenser because my new fridge does not have a water dispenser. In hopes that this would make my work day a little cooler and refreshing during these hot Texas summers. Looks like I have to take another trip to Lowes and get my money back.

Dispenser was used and filthy

Bought this unit and brought it home, only to soak the carpet in the SUV as it was full of water. Got it inside and unpacked it as the box and packaging fell apart as it was soaked. When I got it out of the packaging the taps were coated in mildew and lime deposits from heavy use. Lowe’s should have never put this in stock as I assume it was a returned item. Very poor quality control. Returned for a full refund but buyer beware.

25 year use of this product line

Totally meets our needs and fits well into our open floor plan. At 80+ weight of 5 gallon water bottle requires outside help to chnage empty water bottles.

Great customer service

Machine leaked and customer service agreed to replace the unit. I cannot change my 1 star rating so I'll leave this 5 star rating because I was impressed that I spoke to a human and they were helpful and resolved the problem quickly!! Would recommend

Leaked everywhere

This is the second time this machine started leaking. The first time it was only a little bit and it seemed to correct itself. The second time it emptied about 2 gallons all over the floor while we were away. I can't trust this machine anymore.

Poor Design and Constant Leaking

Make sure you buy the warranty for this because you will need it! I'm on my 4th one in 4 months. Yes, it was on sale originally, but I wish I had just paid to buy one from Culligan that would last and not leak all the time. My suggestion would be to avoid this and look elsewhere. I woke up to a huge puddle on the floor and have to drive to Lowe's to replace this again...

Doesn’t work

This is the second unit I have purchased. The first one started leaking all over the floor and the second one will not cool. The heater portion works and the light works. I will not purchase another of the same brand.

Very Quiet

I use this in my massage room and it is very quiet. It looks nice and professional. I love the “nightlight” feature., it makes it easy for clients to get sone water in the dim light.

Works great.

We’ve had it a couple weeks and both hot and cold work great. I like that the hot has a safety button that must be pushed to prevent little ones from getting scolded. It doesn’t take up a lot of space either. Very pleased with the purchase.

lasted 1 year

HAd this cooler for 1year, then it made a very loud bang and water ran from the hot spiget on to the floor had to remove the bottle to get the water to stop

This is my 3rd one...they only last a couple years

Keeps the water nice and cold when it is working. Looks nice as well. This is the 3rd one that I have purchased as they seem to go bad pretty after a couple years. Make sure to purchase the Lowe's extended warranty as you more than likely will need it.

Water Cooler

I bought this cooler to replace an outdated cooler that was more than 15 years old. The cooler is much lighter now and quieter and a little smaller in height which helps with the water bottle placement. Love the one handed dispenser. Hot water is just the right temperature and always available.
