Was great until it ruined my floors
Would Not RecommendBought in 04/20, is now 11/21 and i woke up to 5 gallons leaked on my kitchen floors. Leak was coming from underneath by what appears to be the hot water heater(covered in insulation) manufacturer offered me to purchase another ar $129 since i was out my watranty period. If your going to buy this, put a tray underneath it to prevent this nightmare. Its 2021 for christ sakes, technology has come along way except for these i guess.

I use to get my water from nestle water but there water went up in price like $3.00 so I bought this machine works great the water at Lowe’s in seekonk mass is 6.99 much better than 9.99 from nestle water. We had two bottom fed machines that eventually quit pumping. We decided to go back to gravity fed machine with bottle on top, and are happy with the results.

Would Not Recommendhot water works but the cold side doesnt. Tried the troubleshooting steps in a Primo youtube video, And cant hear any sound of it running. They want you to turn it off, unplug, drain out some water, re plug, turn on wash rinse repeat etc. but nothing worked. now i have to try to exchange it, and see what happens. wasted water going through the troubleshooting steps and burning up gas to try and get a working one...
