The only issue I have is that in the pictures the ceramic base looks like it’s sitting snuggly in the wooden frame but it actually does not. Very pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This water dispenser has been working well for myself and my kids, who only drink water. The stand is made a ceramic, looks nice and is also pretty sturdy even when holding the water. It's easy to flip the valve to pour water. I like that I can still have bottled water always available in my house, while it isn't taking up a bunch of space. I am very pleased.

The ceramic bowl has a classic look that is fitting for any room or office setting. The dispenser will fit on almost any countertop or desk top that will support the weight of the dispenser and the full five gallon water container. Having the fresh water available is a plus to any office or home.

Great water dispenser!

Wonderfully simple to assemble and use! I appreciate not having a super complicated cleaning protocol, and that I don't have to use any kind of power supply, which means I can put it anywhere. If I want the water cold, I just fill up a bottle and put it in the refrigerator. Would absolutely purchase again.

Pretty and functional

pretty and not bulky, looks good sitting in the kitchen and holds my ZeroWater 5 gallon filtration system easily

Amazing product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review and my husband and I were very excited to get this offer. We both love it and since we drink a lot of water, this is one of the best products that I have ever used. We both thought it was Christmas in April when we received this. It is the best and the water comes out so easy. I would definitely recommend this product for home or office.

Will get the job done… Slowly

The stand is compact and relatively easy to set up – I have to agree with other reviews so that the spigot has much too slow of a fill rate. I will be exploring replacement valves to use.

Came Broken

I would recommend this product but sadly it was broken when I unpacked it. May I get a refund or exchange it?

Came broken, leaked.

This leaked from the first fill. Once I had the water attached I had to let it go by putting a pan under to catch the water until it was gone. Frustrated.
