Most water dispensers look cheap or industrial, but this one sits beautifully in my dining area and doesn't look out of place. I love the wooden stand as well. LEAKS IMMEDIATELY

TERRIBLE!! I loved how cute and accommodating the size was for my apartment. I set it up and it immediately leaks! The seal rings internally don’t seem to lay flat and it causes it to leak. No they weren’t tightened too much ect. I performed all troubleshooting. It’s defected. I saw many others had the same issue with theirs. It’s very disappointing

The only issue I have is that in the pictures the ceramic base looks like it’s sitting snuggly in the wooden frame but it actually does not. Just what we needed

We were tipping our 5 gallon jug to fill our cups previously but with this, it's a breeze :-) I like how it has like a 1 to 2 gallon storage in the main tank so that we can easily swap out new water jugs without having an outage. The wooden stand is surprisingly sturdy and the plastic spigot once you figure out the trick to get the water out effectively, works amazing :-)
