It drips

This is the 2nd Primo Water Cooler I've owned. The first one lasted about 6-7 years and never dripped once. This one drips after every usage. I'm tired of putting a glass under the spout to catch the drips. I will be returning this!!!

no room temp

It gives hot and 2 buttons for COLD. The middle should be room temp but it never has been. If it was, I would give this 5 stars.

Damaged on arrival

I was so happy to receive my order but it was damaged the metal on the right side was bent and everything was popping open. Then it started leaking.

instaellation can be easy unless it leaks

The first one I purchased leaked from the moment of instaloloation. The replacement is working fine so far

Don't bother. Lousy product

The cooler leaked from the "faucet" dumping gallons of water on the floor. There was a "fix" on YouTube posyed by the manufacturer...not about to spend nearly $200 for a product that doesn't work or that requires me to take it apart to fix it myseld. LOUSY PRODUCT AND SERVICE FROM THE VENDOR. Fortunately Lowes took it bac, but it was a hugecprohect to drain, repack abd transport to the store. Terrible experience

Garbage!

DONT BOTHER BUYING THIS PRODUCT!!! It’s a piece of junk. Made out of flimsy plastic, The drain dish plate does not attach tightly enough and keeps falling off, The cold water button was broken so when I hooked it up the water just came flowing out continually without stopping.

Leaking after Three months

I purchased this for my elderly mother and figured the bottom loader would be easier to manage without leaks. Unfortunately it has leaked all over her floor and Lowes will not take it back. A waste of money!

Hot and cold water used for many things

Lasted almost a year

The ice cold stopped working about 3 months ago. I took the top off and checked everything that all the YouTube videos said to check. This involved mostly pushing connections and squeezing tubes. When I put the top back on the cold worked again, for about 2 weeks. Last night all the water stopped working, hot, cold and frigid. I've checked every connection. Its not like we move it anywhere. Theres no reason for it not to work. I buy really expensive water in glass bottles. It has auto clean, but...

Weak Design Loading Door

Upon initial unpacking I noticed front loading door was not closing, upon closer inspection the top hinge peg is brittle plastic and was broke. While it seemed well packaged and I'm certain it will be a quality unit this had me bummed as the last thing I want to do is pack up for return and drive considerable distance to return. Picture will show that I used some JB weld to fix......shouldn't have to do this with a $200+ dollar product.

Arrived damaged

All set up and red light blinking so it wouldn’t work. Lowes wouldn’t replace at the same discount price I bought it at.

It gives you very hot water at your fingertips.

It suspenses cold water and very, very hot water as advertised. My husband and I just love it! I am finding that I am drinking more water then I ever did before. So convenient and so efficient. It is also very smart-looking with no unsightly drinking bottle visible on top.
