Lasted less than a year - not working
Would Not RecommendWe bought this last year and after 6 months, it developed a very load vibration noise whenever the compressor kicked on and it was on a level surface. A couple of months ago it stopped heating the water and last week it stopped pumping water completely. I'll be calling their service dept at 866-429-7566 but I'm sure for the price we paid for it, it's going to be cheaper to start hunting for another one rather than getting it repaired.

Extremely Loud
Would Not RecommendMy husand purchased this water cooler. He gets it home and set it up, but the door wouldn’t close, due to a gap on the side of the unit. However, I noticed when he first plugged it up how loud it was! I mean extremely loud! It sounds like a commerical drink machine! So he took it back and got another one! Why????? Same issue! Extremely loud! It’s louder than any other appliance we own!

Nice looking Water Cooler
Would RecommendThis water color is a nice affordable option for any office environment. It has a hot and cold option that provides whatever you desire. The water comes out cold, not ice cold but cold. It is loaded from the bottom which is much better than the old school where you had to try to line up the 5 gallon jug in the hole without splashing the wall with water. The stainless steel and black exterior makes a classy looking water cooler.

Would RecommendI like the night light feature & that it's easier to load the bottle. I wish there was more space to fill larger bottles.
