These look great!

These deck post caps look amazing. They're lightweight plastic so I'm hoping they will hold up well. The light that comes from them is just enough, not too bright but enough to light up the area somewhat. If you're looking for a bright light, these might not be the way to go for you. But, again, I love the way they look. Easy to screw into existing deck posts!

Attractive Deck Post Caps

These Portfolio black plastic deck post caps have a unique and attractive design. I liked that they came in a pack of two that I used to added a beautiful accent to my pool area fence.

Nice light post lamp

I installed these on my 6x6 gate posts. The fit of the base to the Post took a little massaging to get the base Mount to drop over the post. Once a base was installed the lamp itself screwed to the mount easily and accurately. This is a two pack of lamps. I found the lighting to be a nice soft accent light.

A must for posts

Sidewalk solar marker lights became very common, but this light adds ability to put it on deck posts like it belongs there. And this looks really cool. Granted, not every railing needs or can fit a light. But where it can be put, it changes the whole look. I have a deck on the pond which was just asking for end lights. So now with these markers installed everybody is commenting on new look. Lights are not powerful (that’s why I call them markers), but still lighting up some area around at night....

Looks nice

These were very easy to install. I could not use the instructions because the wrong instructions were in the box. But it was easy to figure out,all the hardware is included. These are made of all plastic. An adapter is included if you have a bigger 6 inch post. It took me about 15 minutes to install both lights in the snow. These lights have each 5 lumens light which is not very bright, you would have to buy several and put them on each post. These post cap lights look nice and have an 8 hour ru...

very nice and large

these portfolia 4 x 4 in 2 pak is just what i wanted for my front porch posts. they are rechargable solar led lights. the frames are black, and comes with an additional bottom trim pc., that makes the lights look bigger. the lighting is 5 lumens. i will really enjoy these lights as i have been looking for some for a good while

Good Fit

These lights for the deck post are very good looking. A frame to fit on a 6x6 post is included. It fits the 4x4 post I have perfect. They come with screws for mounting to the post. They put out good light and look super nice on my front porch post. Higly recommend them/

High profile, great design,solar powered

These Portfolio 4”x4” deck post lights are perfect for my gate posts. I like that they are a higher profile than my previous lights. The design is nice and the light that they put out is comparable to other lights I’ve owned in the past. The price is excellent for any budget and should serve my needs for many years. These are so much more affordable and much easier to install than wired lighting. Perfect for my needs.

Really easy install, looks great.

Installation took less than 1 minute. There are two holes (one on opposite sides) at the base you drill a screw through into the 4x4. Lights up at dusk and provides a subtle light for effect.

5 Lumens of light

This item comes in a two pack. It was very easy to setup. It comes with brackets to connect it to a 4x4 post or a 6x6 post. It is very attractive and will dress up any area. The light output is a little weak as you will see in the photo.

Pretty but not very functional...

Received the post lights in good condition and well packaged. They were a snap to install and i liked the 4 and 6 inch post adapters.I liked the led lights so you don't have to replace battery. However, i was not impressed with the light output. With only 5 lumens the light was pretty but did not produce enough light to be of much use. I have other Portfolio products that i am happy with but i could not recommend these if you want useful light output...

not recommend

Purchased the set about three weeks ago. First couple nights they stayed on roughly 8 hours, that dwindled down pretty quick to a couple hours. Put fresh rechargeable batteries in them twice already but still only a couple hours of light at most. Highly disappointed with this product. Poor quality!

NICE ENTRY LEVEL LIGHTS

I HAVE PORTFOLIO LANDSCAPE LIGHTS AND HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE VERY GOOD WITH NO ISSUES. AS FOR THESE POST CAP LIGHTS THEY ARE AS I SAID MORE ENTRY LEVEL AS FAR AS QUALITY. THEY ARE NICE LOOKING AND EASY TO INSTALL. THESE LIGHTS WILL FIT 4" AND 6" POST ENDS WITH ADAPTER THAT IS INCLUDED. ONE THING IS THAT THE MOUNTING FIT IS POOR IF YOUR POST ENDS ARE TAPERED ON THE ENDS. THEY ARE A NICE VALUE LIGHT AND LOOK GOOD ON THE POST. WOULD RECOMMEND FOR SOMEONE THAT DIDN'T NEED THAT HIGH QUALITY AND WAS ON...

Disappointing

Look good but, batteries only last for 3 or 4 hours at best.

The best thing about this product is the price

Good product for the price. Will not blow you away, but for the price it does a good job. Some of these things can get pretty pricey.

Dim lights

Way too dim! My other solar landscape lights (bought from Lowes) are at least 3 times brighter.
