Just picked up my Pit Boss DX 850, only used it twice. So far I love it, maintains even temperature range with a +- 5 degree variance

Didn't use it yet but packaged great and easy to assemble. Out of box i can tell its well made. I just did the first burn to get rid of factory residue and noticed how quickly it got to temperature. So far im impressed.

Great build quality and great size!

We decided on the 700 size because of limited space on our patio. I thought I wouldn't like not having wifi, but cannot be happier with this grill so far! The sear grate and firebox is on the far left, so this actually leaves a lot more space on the right side of the grille for indirect heat, the cooking space is perfect for 2 racks of ribs with a little more space left over. Good Pellet Smoker

This thing has had very little rest since I got it home and got it assembled. I like having the grill feature as well as the smoker.

Lowe’s delivery is a joke.

The product did not properly work. Had to reorder. The delivery process to have Lowe’s pick up the non working pit boss is terrible. Still waiting for them to pick up the not properly working pit boss.

Won't stay lit and triggers house fuse.

The grill worked great for the first few months after purchase, but it has since developed serious problems. It will not stay lit and repeatedly trips my house breaker approximately every 10 minutes, making it unsafe and unusable. I contacted your customer support team and was advised that the issue was likely due to a faulty igniter. However, it has now been over a month and I have not received the replacement igniter that was supposed to be sent. Because of the delay, I purchased an igniter ...

I love the flexibility of this smoker with the option for searing over an open flame as well as cooking indirect low and slow I love how fast it gets to max heat and its ability to maintain the temperature, my old camp chef just stopped working and so this is my first time using a pit boss and I am very impressed so far
