Would Not RecommendWe had this professionally installed by a contractor during a bath room remodel. When the pull-up flow handle on the tub spout is down in the tub position, water flows slowly from the shower head. Now I'm at the mercy of the contractor to return and trouble shoot the problem, at an additional expense most likely, and possible parts needed from Pfister. Like buying a toaster that doesn't make toast!

Would Not RecommendIn the box was not my full product short on the spout. Pfister is going to ship it out. They shipped it out Friday. Taking forever

Would RecommendWe are really impressed with the set. The handle and bath spout are really solid and heavy duty. The shower head is light duty but works great with plenty of water pressure, yet low flow. The diverter seals extremely well when pulled up for a shower, with not even a drop coming out of it. The plumber was really impressed with the weight of the parts. And if the valve ever needs changing, it is only 4 screws. Would RecommendThe feel of this shower handle is phenomenal. It feels hefty and solid and smooth as you turn it. the tub spout is solid and the shower / tub control works immediately and completely - no dripping. it does not hiss or make weird plumbing noises like my old shower it looks nice and was easy to install.
