Very impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this bathtub and shower faucet set. The design is perfect for my guest bathroom. The finish is very smooth and if there is a water spot or two on the faucets it wipes away very easily. I have very hard water and it takes some kind of bathroom cleaner just to wipe off. I am very impressed with this set and quality is superb.

Really like this set!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this because I was getting tired of looking at the old chrome set in our guest bathroom. It was really antiquated, but this set with the spot defense was the perfect upgrade. I really like to spot defense feature as it does leave any watermarks on the hardware that you then have to eventually clean. Installation was relatively easy and it really looks much more high-end than the simple design.

Quality Fixture

The fit and finish of these fixtures was night and day compared to the old builder grade fixtures we replaced. These are thick wall metal and have a good texture to them. The spot Defense works great, my hands were filthy during install and each piece still looked brand new once installed. This is not a beginner installation, and if you do not have plumbing experience you may need to hire a plumber to install the central piece. Pfister Rancho - Brushed Nickel (SS)

A wonderful upgrade from a 30-yo Delta shower faucet set that did not control H/C water temperature adjustment well. The plumber said this was a good one, and the box indicates it has a 'perfect temp' balanced valve inside. We have to open the wall behind the shower to replace it, but it will be worth it for a much needed upgrade. Search 'best access doors' for a good selection of well priced access doors. Beautiful upgrade

When will I learn that there is no such thing as a small project. Almost finished with a swap of the bath features. The look is excellent the instructions were great just ran into other issues. Anytime dealing with plumbing be prepared and ensure you have plumber tape or putty. I also would recommend scanning through the instructions and preparing yourself to put in the time and work. Ignore the paint and final cleanup needed in the pictures and enjoy the beauty and finish.

Beautiful finish compliments shower installation

The Rancho Tub & Shower in Spot Defense Brushed Nickel has a beautiful finish that really compliments my shower installation. The installation was involved but easily accomplished following the installation guide. I always lay out the parts and compare with the instructions provided to insure a successful installation. The components are also well made with high quality materials ~ I feel confident the unit will be serviceable for years because of the quality construction.

Nice finish, basic shower head.

This is for a secondary or guest bathroom and a simple DIY. If you don't have any plumbing experience you may need help from someone who has done one before. Almost everything you need is in the box with tje exception of tools and plumbers teflon tape.

Poor water pressure

I really wanted to love this set, but I can’t get past the poor water pressure on the shower head! It has 3 settings (shown in photos), but the power spray with the inner holes is the only setting to give halfway decent water pressure. However, that setting carries an irritating “humming sound”. Nicely finished hardware

The finish of the hardware is very nice and the fit is excellent. I did not care for the valve assembly as much as the rest of the kit since the valve supplied is threaded on the inlets instead of being either a soldered fitting or pex connection. Those types of valves can be purchased separately, but the additional cost was not worth the effort. Pfister is the one to choose.

I am so happy with this set. Our private bath shower is showing some hard use, even a crack in the plate behind the faucet handle. So thank you to Lowe's and Pfister! The quality of this set is excellent and the finish is smooth. I have included photos of the set, the instructions and some measurements in case anyone needed to see that. This full kit includes showerhead with spout, tub spout with 1/2" quick connect adapter, and shower handle with cover and valve. Installation instructions are included and the diagrams are well explained. It helps to have the same pfister install valves, luckily my existing shower had one so the rest of the parts fit. I truly am impressed. The finish and quality of the shower kit is very well done. The products are well made, solid, substantial. The bathtub spout fits both screw on threads as well as tighten on with the hex nut. Just remove the inside piece if you have a screw on pipe. The water flow through the spout is also nice. Good upgrade

Very nice! Using it in a spare bath and it replaced a pretty old shower head. It was very easy to switch out and the shower head is much larger than the old one. Looks nice and has good pressure. Like the brushed color as well. Great little upgrade.
