Would RecommendGreat product. The templets for drilling the pilot holes worked great. After that install was easy. I am using these in my church to brighten up our bathrooms. They look good as a set.

Would RecommendRequested the three piece hardware kit to complete bathroom upgrade. Everything was extremely well packaged, all pieces were wrapped in foam to protect finish. Only compliant is that the material was a thinner grade than the older set it replaced.

I found the Pfister Rancho Bath set to be exactly what I needed to add extra towel space in my small bathroom. I really liked the design of the toilet paper holder with the swing out arm. However this could be a problem if you are not exact with the template placement. I was about 1/8 inch off once the holder was in place. I had to reset one end so the bar would lay down in the notch on the other side. Since it was in a stud, it was not a problem to move it over, however you would not want to mo...

Would RecommendI actually really like this set. I wasn’t sure about the hook for a hand towel instead of a hoop and thought my towels would fall off, but it’s very sturdy and stable. The design is sleek and I love the matte black. Also, I know some complain about the toilet paper holder being large, but I buy Charmin extra strong Large size rolls and they fit great so I actually like the extra room.

Way wider than it should be
Would Not RecommendI ruined my newly remodeled bathroom by using this God awful, ugly toilet paper holder!! It's almost wide enough for 2 rolls. I should have never bought this ugly set but it was cheaper than the rest. Now if I want to replace it I'll have to paint my entire vanity. I'm not happy at all! Don't buy this!! I have no idea why it's so bulky and wide. But I'm very upset.
