The product itself looks nice, seems scratch resistant and is economically priced. The install is the killer. What a crap design. (1) you follow the instructions using a template and fix the brackets to the wall...so far so good (2) next you place the unit over the brackets (3) then you begin tightening an infinitesimally small screw to the bottom of the unit with a micro-thin allen wrench. Here we have the Pfister Bathroom hardware set from the Rancho collection in Brushed Nickel. It consists of a Toilet Paper Holder, Hand Towel Bar, and a Bath Towel Rack. Looks good but needs to be redesigned

I was going to install these in a bathroom that I'm redoing. The hand towel holder was first peace installed. the finish and look are really nice but it feels very light weight. Bath towel was next and put on about eight feet away from hand towel on another wall. It is sturdy enough to do the job but still feels light weight. Pretty Standard

Overall, this bathroom hardware set isn’t much different from any other set I’ve installed. Installation is pretty standard and easy. The set looks nice. It seems to be made of cast aluminum, making it feel a bit flimsier than it really is. The only thing I don’t like is that the hand towel rack doesn’t move and sticks out kind of far from the wall.

Nice style, wish it had robe hook & 2nd towel bar

This is a nice looking set. The washcloth hook is admittedly nothing special and I usually don't use them. This one does not swing so it's stuck in a fixed position - sticks a little too far out for my taste. The hook is made from a casting and they didn't even make it round on the back side. Excellent quality for an easy DYI

Got this set to add on to a new half bath remodel, excellent neutral color (brushed nickel) - goes great with the stainless steel faucet and mirror frame we had picked.

We are renovating our bathroom and wanted new set. We saw this and thought ok let's try it. When we received it we were excited about it. Once I started to install them I realized that the 18 inch towel bar was to small, but we will use it. It was easy to install and looks great. We like the toilet paper holder, since it is really easy to replace the toilet paper. Overall it works well for our needs

Rancho Brushed Nickel three-piece Bathroom Kit

Give Pfister credit for including clear instructions printed large enough to read without needing a magnifying glass! This three piece hardware kit came packaged with all the pieces in protective foam bags along with cardboard separators to protect finish, except for the mounting hardware which was in a sealed plastic bag. Good towel bar set

This is a good towel bar set The finish looks good and it appears durable. Install was easy. I wish it was a full hand towel bar. I've never had a c shaped one before. The towel does fall out a little bit easier. But I don't think that matters if you're not a kid. I'd recommend this one. Seems like it will last a long time.

Nice set and looks great

Nice set. Easy to install. Looks good. LOVE the toilet paper holder and how it works. The templates that come with set makes installation very easy. These have a nice satin finish.

Looks good. Easy to install

I like the look of these bars for towels and bathroom tissue. However, they don’t feel very solid to me. I don’t know how to explain that other than they feel flimsy. I hung them on the wall and I didn’t have any issues or have not had any issues with them falling down, but I just don’t feel very secure with them. The look is fantastic. Solid hardware

Solid set of bathroom hardware. The set looks really nice in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder is very easy to replace. The installation is the only complicated part. They give you a very tiny allen wrench to tighten the hardware to the wall, I struggled tremendously trying to get it tight without scratching the walls.

Nice bathroom kit

Great little product perfect for a small/ half bath. Nice color quality made with very easy too install. It would be great if a drill bit and cheap screwdriver had been included, lol but never the less great set.

Beautiful bathroom set

The rancho brushed nickel bathroom set is a very nice addition to updating my bathroom. The set came with all the hardware needed to install the towel, washcloth, and toilet paper holder to the wall and it was easy to put everything up. The brushed nickel is wonderful because it doesn’t show fingerprints and looks great.
