Bought this in 2014 and I am very happy with the product. Best of all is the great customer service. I had 2 minor problems with the faucet and the company sent me replacement parts free. Highly recommended.

Beautiful classic Hanover

I am just visiting the PF website to get a replacement part for my Hanover faucet after 12 years of use. This faucet looks as nice as the day it was installed. Regarding the soap dispenser, if you will dilute dish soap by half before adding it to your soap dispenser, it will never clog. That's the only issue I've ever had and it was just a matter of thinning the dish soap and that resolved it.

Outstanding faucet and warranty

I contacted Pfister concerning repairs for my leaking faucet. After sending in the picture and describing my problems, they immediately responded and sent me a brand new replacement. I purchased a Moen replacement, but i returned it because it was lesses quality, it didnt perform as well, the angle of the spout flowed into the sink and not into the drain opening splashing everywhere, and I didn't like the flat paddle handle. Great Faucet, Great Company

Bought this faucet 20yrs ago. It finally had a problem with the spray head. Called PF, they expedited the part no charge. It's perfect again. Great people and product.

Don't do it

Nothing but issues. Leaks out of sprayer and handle. looked nice until it started leaking out of every crack.

Great warranty policy

I took picture of my pull down spout leaking kitchen faucet, the one I had was discontinued, Price Pfister gave me a few other style to choose from. Received a brand new one in a couple weeks. Definitely recommend Price Pfister brand.

Ordered New, Sent Me a Used/Returned Faucet

I ordered this faucet new off of lowes.com. The faucet I received was clearly a return with the prior recipient's mailing labels ripped off of the box. The box was damaged, and the contents were loose inside because they were not in their original packing. I am bewildered that anyone would think it's acceptable to send a product in this condition to someone who ordered a brand new faucet. I will obviously be returning and purchasing something different elsewhere. Highly disappointed.

The Best Looking Faucet Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the looks of this faucet. It's very elegant. It's also very handy due to the one-handle design and the gooseneck height. Great for filling those large pots for pasta and other things. I've had this fixture twice because the first one developed I assume calcium that not only looked bad but over time began to affect the inner functioning of the nozzle. But the second one has shown no signs of such problems

Low pressure & spray head malfunction

Bought the Hanover 5 years ago when updating our 20+ year-old kitchen. Love the styling and the overall function. However, it has always had low water pressure, especially with hot water. And, in the last year or so, the spray head is not working correctly. When the switch is set to stream, it keeps popping over to spray. We've tried soaking the head in CLR to clean out any build up but that has not helped. I'd love to keep this faucet. So wondering if we need a new cartridge. Or, maybe a whol...

Ok but not great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this faucet in December 2008. If we didn't have to pay someone to install another faucet we would have replaced it long ago. When we pull the sprayer head out to rinse out the sink it doesn't retract without reaching under the sink and pulling the hose down.

Great faucet.....except

It works great.....except.....it has a plastic insert in the gooseneck that is the catch for the nozzle head. This thing wears out after 2 or 3 months. To replace it, you have to turn off both supply valves and crawl under the sink, lie on your back and depress a very tricky and hard-to-depress ring at the very top of the hose connection. Then, you crawl back out, pull the nozzle and hose out and only...

It is high enough to move over dishes from sink to sink; it has spray of full force; and the finish is impeccable always. I love the warranty. Had a problem with soap dispenser and got a different one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this faucet when I remodeled a few years back. I LOVE the looks of it. Get many comments on it. The finish stays looking new with simple cleaning. Everything is just as I wanted except the soap dispenser. It was replaced twice and i'm having problems again. Your customer service was A-plus. Both times I called the part was replaced immediately, no questions asked. This small complaint would not stop me from purchasing it again.

Looks great, works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We built a home with a Retro feel and I chose this faucet to go with my stone farm sink. It looks amazing. The pull down sprayer works as a pot filler and makes rinsing pots, pans and the sink a snap. I like it so much, I bought another for the kitchen in our winter home. I agree that the soap dispenser doesn't work. That doesn't deminish the quality or beauty of the faucet.
