Over Priced
The replacement door flaps are well made however they are very overpriced. The cost for an entire new door with flaps is not much more. Once the stuccoed into your wall however, you have no choice but to pay the high cost when the flaps need to be replaced.

Would Not RecommendI bought the large replacement flap based on your measurements and the fact it has 5 screws. What you sent has NO screws and is 1 1/2” too short. You guys can keep your products. I also had the above ground AND under ground fencing. Neither worked without harming my dogs - lumps under their skin and severe electric shocks - crap, crap, crap!!!
