Would Not RecommendI bought the large replacement flap based on your measurements and the fact it has 5 screws. What you sent has NO screws and is 1 1/2” too short. You guys can keep your products. I also had the above ground AND under ground fencing. Neither worked without harming my dogs - lumps under their skin and severe electric shocks - crap, crap, crap!!!

Would RecommendOnce I submitted a photo of my existing door, they were very quick in telling me what I needed to order. Replacement door flaps were very easy to install. Wish other companies had a customer service department like this one.
