Would RecommendI have had this Pet Safe door now for 25 years. I had it installed when I moved into my new townhouse. I have replaced the door flap twice since then and all of them have been top quality and easy to install. The door and replacements have been trouble free over the years that I have had them. It's a great product worth buying.

Would RecommendThis door works great, and I'm glad I can still find them to fit my insert. Most doors have holes for screws, but this one attaches via a series of bumps that fit in a groove. I have three dogs constantly going in and and, and these generally last me about 2 years (one likes to munch on the edges sometimes). They eventually rip at the top and I get less of a seal, but for what they are, they work great.

Would RecommendI am ordering a 2nd replacement flap after 6 years of heavy use and harsh Arizona sun on the first replacement and 8 years on the one the one before that one. This is absolutely worth a real 5 star review. Keep it out of the sun and it will last much longer. Thanks patsafe, these flaps can really hold up to a lot of abuse.

Very difficult to install
This is a very nice flap; it was ordered to replace an existing one in a door that fits in a glass panel for a sliding door. I literally had to take the whole glass panel apart to intall this flap. In a previous glass panel door we simply had to remove 2 screws and slide the new flap in. Once the new flap was installed and the glass panel dorr reasembled, the flap worked great. I realize this purchase was just for the flap and not the glass panel door but both were purchased from your company ...
