Would RecommendService pick-up provided by my contractor. When they picked up the order on November 12, 2025 they didn't notice 1 box is damaged, appears that a fork lift caught the end of the box? This was noted by my husband upon delivery to our house building project on November 19, 2025. I have processed a return request and ordered a replacement box to complete our house project.

Do not order for pickup
Ordered the product a week ago for store pickup and get here to pick it up and I get the run around saying it’s not at the store and that I have to wait until they have an update from the vendor couldn’t give me a real answer on when my order will be ready. Very disappointing being led on for pick up dates.

Locking System is Horrible
Would Not RecommendInstalled tons of floors before. I've installed cheaper flooring and had a better experience with the locking mechanism. This one is absolutely horrible. Never had to struggle this much.

Would Not RecommendVery uneven pattern and several planks were damaged from the start, no vinyl and one was double sided in foam underlayment. 4 boxes for a hallway, should have had 20% overage but ended up with around 3%. Very close, I used to install flooring.
