Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I planted this seed quickly after taking the bare spot. Then watered daily for about 3 days. Then it actually started sprouting. After a week it was looking good and growing. Very easy to use Will definitely getting more for other bare spots I need to fix.

Would definitely buy this zoysia grass seed again
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have an area that just needs a patch to get it started, I would definitely recommend this product for that area. Due to the extreme temperatures in my area when attempting to plant the seeds, I would recommend a time of year other than the late summer in AR for quicker results. However, with a little more attention the grass did produce a great patch that I will enjoy watching it spread.

Excellent grass seed mix!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our lawn was becoming extremely patchy. Enough to where we were about to get a note from the HOA any day now. Luckily enough we tried Pennington Smart Patch Zoysia grass seed mix. We prepared to bare patches and sprinkled in the seed mix and continue to water every day. Within a short amount of time lush grass began to sprout! It's filled in all but a small amount of bare spots in our yard. We love this stuff!

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a lot of bare spots in the yard due to tree removal after Hurricane Helene. This seems to be doing the trick filling in those spots. Time will tell if it fills the spots completely but so far it's good!

Helps The Grass to Grow
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used this product before and really liked it. Was happy to be able to get another bag because we still have spots that we want this particular grass to grow over. I am hoping this grow quickly in a round spot that got burnt when I set a plastic round mat on top of the grass to wash it. Love the Zoysia grass, and hoping to get it to spread to other areas of our yard.
