My husband and I started laying grass seed down and watering for about a week, the little sprouts started shooting up. It's slow growing, I don't know if it's this time of year or that's just how it is. I would definitely buy this again and start seeding the grass again in the spring time.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So had a 10x10 foot area of front yard would not grow. I racked it put down the Pennington smart patch. 2 weeks later I finally have grass growing. Great product, I recommend if you need to grass patch areas.

It had a quick germination and it growing nicely. It is a low maintaince grass and its is versatile to even a little higher traffic areas, The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Overall it has helped to restore patchy areas of my yard giving my yard a nicer greener aesthetic
