Truly amazing product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To use the Pennington Contractors Grass Seed, I cleared the debris and loosened up the soil in a 3x3 area, spread the seeds as evenly as possible and lightly covered them with soil using a rake. Then I watered immediately after and twice a day every day. Within 5 days the seeds had sprouted and started growing quickly thereafter. I had didn't same process the first time but didn't cover with soil. It still grew but not as nice, thick and green ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was skeptical at first bc I have tried other gras seeds and never had any luck.I still have these bare spots in my yard it looks funny. I got out the spredder and did everything the bag said to do and a few weeks later I had something coming up I was so surprised. My yard looks so much better I don't have these embersing spots in my yard it looks so green and healthy you can not tell at all. I will be buying more so I can do more of the ya...

I would definitely buy this product

It terminated really fast and it was some very dry weather. If I had actually used a sprinkler on it I am sure it would have performed even better

Coming in nice!

The seed is sprouting nicely. My yard is large. This is the first time I decided to reseed only a section of it. I have been watering consistently too. In the future I will reseed my yard sections at a time as it is easier to manage.

Grass seed review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I along with my hubby used this grass seed to fill in some bare spots in our yard. Used a grass seed hand spreader to sow it. Grass is already popping up where the seed was sown surprisingly given our somewhat dry past few weeks. It is reassuring to see the growth while only using our sprinkler for a few minutes a day . Seems to be a great product!

Quick sprouting annual grass!

The annual grass came up quickly and looks great. It will hold the soil in place during the winter.

Grows quickly, tall, thin, brighter green.

Grew really quick but Perrinial grass really tall, thin, flimsy & brighter green. Great for problem areas but have to mow often. Prefer thicker darker green grass, but takes longer to grow. Grass ingredients weren’t on bag itself, a white label stapled to it - my bag didn’t have one.

I purchased this product to fill in large bare spots in my lawn. The seeds germinated within five days. My lawn is fully filled in and beautiful now. I am very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review is part of a promotional free product trial. Somehow I did not receive the directions for this product. So, I followed the directions on the package. Mother Nature helped to keep the seed watered. It sprouted within a week, but we did have some heavy rains, and lost a good bit of seed. If you plant this, I would recommend a straw cover to help keep intact.

Good Grass Seed Starter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this grass seed to fill in bare, red clay areas of our yard. The seed was easy to see and spread well with the seed spreader. We used burlap to cover half the seed, and the other half was left uncovered. There was some growth on the uncovered seed after several weeks, but it was minimal.
