When the seed is good, the product works well.

I purchased this at another store. This particular bad did not germinate very well. When I opened the bag there was a big clump of seed. This is not normal. Some of the seed looked odd. I like the brand normally, but this particular bag was not the quality that I am use to. My other bag germinated great. Should have returned it, just wanted to get the job done. :(

It's growing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually growing grass in the hard spots, taking a little longer than usual with all the rain but it's progressing pretty good. Hoping to have a full lawn by summer and it's on track. Like that's it's colored green so it's harder to see for birds and such. Blended well.

Have not seen it work yet

Temporary fix in cool weather only.

I planted this seed while it was still cool and the area was getting plenty of rain. The initial growth was very green and dense. However, I would not recommend this seed if you live in the South. As soon as temperatures started rising which was shortly after growth, many areas turned brown despite watering. The grass is also not mower friendly. Don't buy. Doesn't work at all. Horrible waste of money. Just sits. Not a darn thing grows. Waste.
