Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had bought the pur pitcher because our water has kinda a chlorine and it came with the 2X filter. It is good but it doesnt reduce the lead, so i thought i would buy the 3X that reduces lead to. they both reduce the odor and chlorine taste.These filters last for 2 months and filters up to 40 gallons of water, and on some of the pitchers it has a led light that tells you when to change the filters, i would recommend this buy.

They filter a little on the slower side, but I look at that as a good thing! They leave the water fresh and great tasting! Highly recommended over the cheaper, no brand name filters.

Lead removal filter
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This filter works quickly and easily. I like knowing that I won't be drinking anything in my water that I shouldn't be. Pur filters are always easy to use. Flush the filter for around 15 seconds and then insert into the pitcher. My water always tastes great from my Pur water pitcher.

Water tastes great

We recently just moved and do not have the filtered fridge water and so this was perfect for us. The water tastes so much better than the tap using this and it filters pretty fast. Just tasted the water it filtered and it does indeed do about the same amount of filtration as the OEM filter. Clean, Fresh Tasting Water.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After moving into a new house a while back I had to start buying bottled water due to the nasty hard water taste that came out of our tap. Thankfully with the Pur Water Pitcher Filtration System and the Replacement Filter with Lead Reduction I'm able to enjoy a nice cold glass of tap water again. I love that this filter reduces 15 contaminants & substances and reduces the taste and order of chlorine in the tap water.
