Easy, high quality filter

Filter doesn’t last long

However, the major drawback is the filter's short lifespan. We experienced significant clogging and reduced filtration after only 21 days, despite the indicator light showing it was still good. Given our daily usage of 2-5 liters, the filter clearly didn't last as long as promised.

This filter takes your tap water and filters out all the nasty chemicals leaving you with purified water that tastes just like the bottled water you buy at the store. This filter takes about 25 minutes to fill up my 11 cup PUR filtered water pitcher.

Easy to use, not my favorite taste

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried theirs filter in my pitcher. It was simple to use, and I liked that it screwed into the pitcher. I may be biased (I’m used to the taste of RO water), but I wasn’t a huge fan of the taste of the water. Others may not have an issue though.

Effective filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Pur Plus filters are good. They make our tap water taste much cleaner, and to know it’s reducing lead in our (and our dog’s) drinking water is very satisfying. Installation is super easy with the Pur pitcher we currently have.

Preferred over brita

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tastes way better than a brita which is what we’ve solely used in the past. Its filters water easily and it’s very easy to install. I do recommend the soaking for 15 minutes so it’s easier to get it filtering

Easy and clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The filter in the pur is suppose to help filter out lead and all other toxic stuff, which allows you to have fresh water just a tap away! Easy to clean and install. Just needs to keep in cold water for 15-20mins then wash for 15-20seconds before using it!

Love the locking mechanism and how simple it is to soak and rinse in a matter of 6 minutes. Water taste fresh and filtered and I didn’t gong any black or other particule residue.
