Good Shower Head / Yes, it's supposed to leak.

After buying and installing, and re-tightening to make sure I didn't so something wrong, turns out when you shut it off it's supposed to leak at the Hex Nut attachment. Prevents back flow but does kind of drip down everywhere. My last one of another brand leaked as well so not that big of a deal.

Junk

Only lasted a week... Put it together exactly per instructions. Leaked right away at top of hand tighten nut. Found out that was normal. Ok, weird. Now, hardly any water pressure at all. Took it apart, everything seems fine. Old shower head still works great. New one will not work enough to shower. We live on hour away from Lowes.. Very disappointed. Loved it when it worked. Glad we saved our old shower head though!!

Had a rattle and leaked

I bought this tonight 11/12 and came right home to install it. First thin I noticed was the shower head had something rattling around inside it. Not sure if its supposed to or not. Installed everything hand tight exactly like the instructions say. And had a very bad leak where the hose connects to the swivel holder. And barely any water coming from the shower head. I plan to return it tomorrow for something different.

Nice hand-held shower head

Installation is straight-forward and anyone can accomplish it without calling a plumber. All that is required is a wrench (crescent). The product comes with teflon thread tape as well which is nice addition by the manufacturer. The spray nozzles all functioned well and the dial to change the water flow selection worked smoothly. I don't have any complaints about the unit. It is made mostly of plastic so mileage may vary as to its durability. Overall a good reasonably priced shower head with lots...

Looking like this is fine but we have good water pressure then be slow water coming so I don't like the products my older sawer had is good works

Got this for the kids' upstairs bathroom. Easy to install, great flow and pressure. Looks really nice also!

Very Good product

The PowerMax 9 function shower head works very well and seems to be of good build quality. Me and my family have only been using it for a few showers but all seems good so far. The shower head is comfortable in your hand and not too heavy so it doesn’t complicate the shower process. I believe the shower mount could be a little more sturdy though. I will try and update this post after more use of the item.

The PowerMax Chrome 9

The PowerMax Chrome is great! We previously had another shower head with a hose. but those hose was too rigid and difficult to move around. This shower head and hose is a lot easier to maneuver. The 9 shower head settings are good, but, there isn't a wow factor. The reason we chose this item was for the fact that it "would save us money;" time will tell if that's true. The shower head is easy to install, the instructions say to tighten by hand, but I would recommend you use an adjustable wrench...

Looks & Works Great

This item replaced my previous showerhead which was also a handheld showerhead. This one looks very nice in my shower and I like the black rubber grip. It was very easy to install and it even came with plumber's tape. I love that there's 9 different sprays I can choose from. The water pressure is good although I wish it was a little stronger on a couple of the settitngs. Overall I really like this showerhead.

Good for the price

This is a good product. Looks nice, and was easy to install. (It also came with plumbers tape, so that’s convenient). One downside, is that when switching between the different settings, it sometimes doesn’t shut off the previous setting completely.

Great Little Shower Head!

Incredible shower head, I was able to adjust it to my liking and change it whenever I wanted! With the 9 dynamic high pressure functions, it was easy and quick to adjust. Would recommend!

Upgrade

I recently moved and needed to upgrade my bathroom showerhead This showerhead provides the pressure, shower pattern options and modern look that we needed. It’s built in shutoff switch is a great supurise and useful option.

Easy installation and has great settings. Easy upgrade for my old bathroom fixtures.

Hand held shower

Wonder relaxing shower!!! Was easy to install no directions needed. Was like a gift from a cloud. Several ways to feel the water coming down. From a light rain shower to a a lot of pressure.

Waterfall Feature is weird, but I do love the rain

I bought this one because I wanted a wand option and the waterfall feature looked neat. The waterfall feature wasn’t what I was expecting. However I love the large shower head and the other settings I can choose from.
