Was looking for a Water Pik model ... ended with this one ... surprised it worked as well as it does ... satisfied with the brand, with which I wasn't familiar ... would buy another.

Leaks

Installed per instructions and it leaks at the joint. Tape they included doesn’t work well at all.

Leaks when you turn the water on.

As soon as you turn it on, you get a blast of water from the connection between the flexible hose and the fixed wall connection. It seems it needs a lot of pressure to seal itself. So if you have low water pressure, this doesn't seem to work well. Also, because of the head design and the length of the hose, if the shower head drops to the floor, water will be spraying straight up and all over the bathroom.

Best for low water pressure

I've tried many shower heads claiming to be great for low water pressure but none compare to this one! Best shower head I've ever owned and I just bought another identical one for my son's new apartment. Highly recommend!

Very good shower wand.

I purchased this on the recommendation of a Lowe's associate who said he had the same shower head and was very satisfied with it. I was looking for a hand-held wand that had an articulating feature and had adjustable outputs. I had purchased a competing product that also came recommended, but fell far short of the hype. We have been using this Oxygenics for about two weeks now and it works well. My one gripe, and this is the case for almost every shower wand currently made in my price range ...

Very well made handheld shower. It now comes with a better, more flexible, hose. Excellent water pressure compared to other shower heads.

Great shower head

We bought this shower head in chrome for our guest bathroom and while we were tiling our master shower we had to shower in the guest bathroom. We both ended up loving this shower head more than our current one in the master bathroom so we purchased it in satin nickel for our shower and it looks great!

Not for single person small showers

This receives a 3 star because of the functionality it has in a normal one person single shower. It is built at an awkward angle which is a somewhat pain to use. Other than that I love it!

Unit was easy to install and spray settings are great. I found pressure of water coming out very good. Like the long hose.

Good Features

Lots of spray patterns and slightly increases water pressure. The trickle feature saves lots of water.

Bought another!

We bought one of these to replace the old shower head in our basement apartment and loved it so much we replaced our own shower head with a second. We have low water pressure and this shower head did the trick for us. The various spray settings are great. It was even easy to install, just wins all the way around.
