Would RecommendWe were unsure if we wanted to spend the money on the Owlet. It was worth it for the peace of mind. We appreciate the fact that you can add the app on multiple devices, so when the alarm goes off- it goes off in every device. The material that the sock is made is firm enough to stay in place but soft enough that our son’s foot isn’t restricted when wearing. We would definitely purchase again and plan on using our Owlet for the first year.

Would Not RecommendWe've been owlet users since our first child was born nine years ago. This new dream sock is SO annoying compared to the earlier models. Now you cannot adjust the brightness of the base station manually, you cannot customize your alert settings, and if a kid even knocks the sock off of the base station during the day (which is really easy to do by breathing too close to it) it'll send a loud alert and scare the crap out of everyone. Would RecommendThe Owlet dream sock is a must for new moms! It gives me such a peace of mind knowing my baby is being monitored while I get some much needed sleep. Sometimes it will go off for a sock placement issue when she’s not really moving, but a quick reset will fix the problem.

Great Device. Few tweaks would make it perfect
Would RecommendGreat device and keeps us informed. I wish you could silence alarms from the base station with your phone. I also wish you can adjust when the base station goes off. For example, you only get notified when the child’s heart rate is above 220 BPM but I would like to be able to set it to 200 BPM.

SO worth it!
Would Recommendwe were on the fence about getting Owlets for our twins but once they were born and in the NICU, we knew we would want be be able to continue monitoring their oxygen levels and sleep at home. It was an easy decision and one that we’d make over again. now we understand why so many of our friends recommended the Owlet. we had such peace of mind, especially while in the newborn trenches.

I can sleep
Would RecommendLove the owlet. It made me not so scared to sleep in those first few months. It gives us peace of mind whenever the baby is napping or in the car where we can’t hear or see well. Since our baby was three months premature, and his breathing was our biggest hurdle before coming home, this really helped with the transition to home. The one big drawback is that the yellow alarm for it not being able to get a reading goes off a bit too often at times- if he’s wiggling his legs or if the sock isn’t on...
