Do you enjoy being woken up by an annoying beep for no reason? Then this is the perfect thing for your new baby. This product gives a false alarm about 3-4 times a night. Oh also if you walk to far away from the base station it will go off for some reason. We have been using this product for about 4 weeks now and there hasn’t been a single night it hasn’t given a false alarm. It’s now an argument to use it or not and we are giving up on it. Not worth ruining the little sleep you will already get...

Disappointed

I just bought this device for my newborn baby I live outside the US, and was really looking forward to use this device as fist time parents, we want to give our child the best and take care of him with everything we can, unfortunately the Owlet Dream app is not available for the country I live in, so I cannot use the sock, only the cam... hopefully you can change that country permits and allow everyone to use it... if there is any other way I can track my baby with the sock, please let me know. ...

A must have!!

This is the best invention ever. As a first time, mom, I was really looking for the extra piece of mind at night because I was so nervous with my baby sleeping. This sock has really put my mind at ease and reassuring me that my baby safe. Without this, I would not be able to sleep well. I would not hesitate to buy again! Please , get it! Don’t think twice! It’s worth every penny.

I've used this since day 1 with my son. My PPA was so bad I could not sleep without knowing he was being monitored. The piece of mind I have helped me relax and get some sleep. I was terrified of SIDS. I only wish that they went up to 18 LOL

Peace of mind

I wasn’t going to buy one of these, but when my baby started sleeping in her own room I had to splurge. It gives me peace of mind that she is okay. The only time I’ve had false alarms is when I have put the sock on loose after she’s fell asleep, and she wiggles it the rest of the way off. We love our owlet.

So very thankful!

I have been so thankful to have this dream sock! There have been several times since my son was born that the alert went off that his oxygen was getting low. It has given us a peace of mind to know we will be alerted if something is wrong!

Great Product, Sometimes Unstable

I love the owlet sock and the comfort that it brings knowing my little one is being montiored, but the sock disconnects from the base so often without rhyme or reason and it often causes me a lot of stress or wakes my baby up unnecessarily. I wouldn't buy ut again, sadly.

Do it for the peace of mind!

We bought the sock with our oldest son after having to take him to the ED for RSV and it truly helped us be more vigilant when he got sick. Now we use it for our new baby and its just given us such a peace of mind. Would buy it again and again.

Ehh, just ehh…

This is an good idea of an item, but for some reason, out of nowhere, we get “sock placement issue”, and even when our baby is laying there sleeping, and not even moving. It’s frustrating, super frustrating. Makes me want to return the sock. We always get some kind of unprompted warnings…it’s frustrating. Wakes us up all the time. Altho it’s a good idea of a product, and it’s nice to see the heart rate and oxygen levels.

Love this sock!

This sock was the only thing to give me peace of mind as a new mom! I love that it’s loud enough that I can hear it throughout my house when I put my baby in her crib to nap. My only issue is that the app has a bit of a lag but it seems to improve with each update. If you were on the fence, go ahead and buy the sock. It’s worth it for the peace of mind!

I can sleep in peace!

I love our dream sock. I’ve used it with two of my kids. It helps me sleep at night, knowing that something else besides me is watching over them. The app is simple and easy to use with I appreciate!

Love the sock- the app and features need work

We have used this every night since we brought him home and I can’t say enough good things about the monitoring and peace of mind it gives me. I actually really like the paid option as well my issues reside in the app and the settings you can and cannot change as well as the pain it is to set up without a 2.4ghz connection. Peace of Mind

We’ve had the dream sock for over a week night and can’t describe how much peace of mind it gives us. After an unexpected length NICU stay, I told my husband we’ve buying an owlet before we go home ha. The base station is green throughout the night. I’ve had no connection issues in the night. It can be a little sensitive and if I’m changing her diaper or moving her around right before or after bed, the connection alert will go off but it’s not a big deal. Dream sock app not available in our region

We were gifted the dream sock from our friends based in the UK (we live in South Africa) but were hugely disappointed to learn once the sock arrived that the app is unavailable in our country; luckily we can still use the sock by only using the base station but obviously we would love to have full function with the app included - when will the app be available in South Africa?

Malfunctioning

Our baby boy is a preemie so having this sock was an extra peace of mind. It was working wonderfully for 3 weeks then it started malfunctioning. It keeps alerting us of a "sock placement issue" when the sock is placed perfectly! We cleaned the sock according to instructions and everything but it still keeps waking us and baby up all night!

Sleep data and tracking issues

Just to start, I have absolutely loved this device up until today. I have been using this since the day my baby was born and had zero issues. Out of the blue, the app stopped displaying sleep data for each nap/sleep session and doesn’t show anything in the history tab. I have tried EVERYTHING! Resetting the base station, unplugging the base station, cleaning the sock monitor itself, restarting my phone, logging off and back into the app, and nothing has worked. Don't buy, it wakes the baby

I got this as a gift, and thank goodness I did. I would be so disappointed if I had bought this myself. Don't get me wrong, it has some good features. I like how it can evaluate sleep status, which was somewhat helpful in distinguishing those nighttime newborn grunts. However the non-essential beeping notifications are useless, and just wake up my baby. There's no way to control them or the volume, and nine times out of ten it's being triggered by me trying to soothe my baby. So you can imagine...

Worked great for only 3 months

The owlet was super great, worked perfect for 3 months no issues then randomly one night in the middle of the night stopped working. The WiFi won’t even pop up as an option to connect to. I troubleshoot everything form the base to the sock to deleting and readding but it will not work. The owlet Wi-Fi continually won’t even pop up to connect to
