Orbit 0-2 on nozzles

I bought two of these about two months apart. 2 months later and they both leak so badly about 10% of the water is at your feet. I chatted with customer support. They said they would replace them using orbitdirect.com. I got the warranty number and when I went to use it, it was for $10. So much for replacing the product. I will never get another one from Orbit. Their customer support is less than honest.

Works well, easy to adjust pattern of spray. Thumb actuated flow control is a bit stiff, but removes the worry of dropping the nozzle and triggering an uncontrolled discharge.

Doesn't last

I purchased this nozzle because it had a lifetime warranty. It leaked badly at the ring that controls which setting you choose after 10 months of use. Manufacturer replaced it but it was a real hassle taking an hour between talking to Lowes customer service and then doing a chat with the manufacturer on their website submitting pictures of receipt and the nozzle.

Disappointed

Purchased yesterday wanting to replace 2 good wornout nozzles from yesteryear. It looked heavy duty, and up to my expectations. Unfortunately it's going back tomorrow. The variable adjustment is minimal, and the jet spray which is what I need the most is poor at best. The on off lever is extremely stiff making it hard for my wife to use. In the store we picked the one that seemed better than the rest, but still very stiff. It's way overpriced. I'll buy cheaper, and take my chances.

Great spray variation, difficult to move lever

I really like the variations of the spray…from a fine mist to a super strong spray. What I don’t like is the lever to open up the sprayer is very difficult for me to move.

Lasts one season and Warranty is Worthless

Bought one. Loved it, bought 3 more. Now 3 of the 4 leak from the black seal behind the head. Says "Lifetime Warranty". Lowe's sucks, as they tell you to work with Orbit and won't replace them. Go to Orbit and they don't even recognize their own product number! #26720, as it says right here, but nope, they say it doesn't exist. I HAD the receipt when I went into Lowe's, but now it's gone, and of course Orbit wants proof of purchase. It has a LIFETIME warranty! If it's in my possession, ...
