Works well for about a year or less.

This is the third one of these I have purchased in the last year. That is about as long as they last before they start to leak around the front seal because as you turn the head to change the spray it wears the rubber bushing/gasket out and it starts to leak In my opinion it should come with extra rubber bushings/gaskets.

Lasts one season

Doesn’t take long and it leaks and sprays out of more than one of the patterns on nozzle at once and behind the pattern adjustment area. Just noticed it has a lifetime warranty. But can’t find it on the Orbit website. This is my third purchase and my last at $25 would expect better quality. I don’t have much faith in their lifetime warranty.

Looks Sturdy but Internals are Weak - Stay Away

Used it to spray areas where our hose could not reach in our backyard. Stronger than the usual nozzles but by far an inferior in terms of construction. Within a few months, the lever joint (ironically where it states "Pro" burst out causing water flowing everywhere. I had nozzles that last several years at a fraction at a price. Hose Sprayer

Nice design with a lever you push versus a handle you pull.

No jet spray

Bought two of these nozzles to replace selectable spray pattern nozzles that clog up from our well water. Neither nozzle will produce a true jet spray pattern, one gets close to a jet than the other. The thumb trigger adjust is very stiff compared to other nozzles. It does put out a lot of water and it won't clog up, but it could be a lot better.

With "old" hands, this "fireman" style nozzle is a god-send. Works great, seems very sturdy.

Failed after a single season

I bought one of these last summer and was very impressed so I went back to get another. I just pulled the hose out to connect it and when I turned on the water, it is leaking like crazy. I tried changing the washer but nothing helped. It is bad. I haven't tried the second one yet but I am afraid it will be the same issue. I have NO idea where the receipt(s) is and I am really not happy. Any help here Lowes?

Perform Well, for a While

I have bought several Orbit brand spray nozzles and have had similar problem with most of them. They perform very well fro about one season and then they leak from the internal o-ring. Those that have the thumb control become very hard to move the thumb control to control on-off or the intensity of they spray. And then the ones that have the trigger to start and stop the water flow, after about one season, the trigger will work to turn the water on but when you release it, it will not release...

Like other reviewers, I have been in search for a reliable, heavy duty hose nozzle. I could have sworn that when I purchased this nozzle, it came with a lifetime warranty, and that gave me confidence. Do not purchase

Bought 2,thinking they were a premium sprayer. Before the season was over the on/off lever on both was so tight they would not turn on. Suppose to be lifetime warranty. Store said I had to return to supplier. More offshore junk!
