Would RecommendI bought 2 of these valves to replace a more complicated Orbit valve that was difficult for me to rebuild. This valve installed quickly and easily and seems to be preforming very well. It is noise free, and leak free and compatible with the expectations I have for this design. For me the K.I.S.S principle applies (keep it simple student).

Would Not RecommendOrbit has gone cheap with its valves. They are all smaller with terrible flow rates. They keep changing designs and you can't get replacement parts and the valves don't last long. Can't get anyone in the for-hire customer service dept to answer questions after sitting on hold for hours. No one calls back. No response to online message submissions. Promise from 'supervisor' to call back goes unanswered. I got a RainBird valve with150% greater flow in 1" valve for $2 less per valve. P.S. Orbit is...

Would Not RecommendI don’t understand what the problem was with the valve that this replaced. Replaced bladder and solenoid and it still didn’t fix the problem. Same type of valve. Let’s hope it works without wasting so much water.
This valve is suited for the application. I have a higher water pressure and this valve works.
