What Customers Are Saying
The pre-assembled sprinkler manifold offers a convenient and cost-effective solution, but some customers reported issues with the quality and durability of the valves, which often started leaking within the first year of use. While the manifold itself was generally seen as a good idea, the poor reliability of the valves appears to be the main drawback based on the reviews. Customers recommend carefully inspecting the manifold for defects and considering alternative valve options if purchasing this product.

Would RecommendThis product offers an excellent value and very easy to installment. One draw back is the quality of the valves which are below average. For the price the manifold an excellent value.

Orbit 3/2 Valve Manifold Assemblies
Would RecommendNice product, easy to install, easy to repair if ever required (no cutting and gluing tubing to replace a valve), compact etc. Installs with 3/4" or 1" tubing. I installed two assemblies, 3 valve and 2 valve assemblies to replace 22 year old valves. Very cost effective.

Took 3 tries
Would Not RecommendFirst manifold leaked from fittings like a sieve and unable to stop. Had to pull sprinkler box to remove and after installing second manifold, one valve was bad! If not for difficult spot and pipes coming out of concrete pad, would not have tried a third time. Will it last?

Also Very Dissapointed
Would Not RecommendI agree wholeheartedly with the review from "amslowpoke" from Redding, CA. I purchased four of these manifolds to create six zones in our backyard and another six zones in our front yard. My wife noticed a leak near the manifolds in the front yard less than 5 months after I installed them. I checked the manifolds in the backyard and discovered that some of them were also leaking from the threaded valve cover on the top. A total of 5 out of the 12 valves were leaking. I ended up replacing all 12...

Average Pre-Assembled Sprinkler Manifold
Would RecommendNothing special. It does what is avertised. About all one can demand or expect. Easy to use withoug having to assemble a manifold. We used two units for a 5-zone sprinkler system, leaving on zone for vegetable bed expansion.

Great, when it works.
Would Not RecommendIn two seasons, I have purchased two of these and three of the 3-valve manifolds. The assembled manifold is a great feature and the easy to remove screw locks allow replacement (which has been needed) fairly easy. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Of the six individual valves originally purchased, all have failed with leaks in the jar top diaphragm. I don't know if they are freezing in the winter or if they are just crummy quality. Last season, I just replaced 4 of them by buying ne...

Average purchase
Would RecommendThis preassembled sprinkler valve setup was average and the reason why I say that is because I needed a 4-way set and this was only a 3-way. They do make an additional single and a 2-way setup that goes on the end of it but it will take to much room inside the water box which was disappointing so I had to install a T-fitting on the 3rd & 4th line and eliminate one of my 4 anticyphon valve and run it to one of the 3-way valves. Other than that I like the setup but I have to run the 3rd valve long...

Makes valve installation and maintenance easy.
Would RecommendHad a leak in my sprinkler valves which were installed by a "professional" The job looked like a bowl of pvc spaghetti. Valves were glued instead of mounted on a manifold. With this system if a valve goes bad simply unscrew the and replace it. Looks neat and professional.

Would RecommendGreat easy to use, the O Rings make for a fast and easy seal at all the joints.

DO NOT BUY!
Would Not RecommendThese set of valves leak at every joint and connection, even using Teflon tape. . We have good water pressure and it cracked the unions. I would not recommend these to anyone .
Not a good purchase
Would Not RecommendHad to replace whole unit one time and one single unit one time because of leaks. This unit has been in service for over a month and one unit seems to have a small leak.

Orbit is easy to install like pro but better
Would RecommendI tore out 10 year old landscaping job $15k one. Non serviceable valves and setup. I used this manifold setup on another back yard and was flawless. Hint before you start, sit down on comfy chair with all your parts in hand. Screw them down clockwise on each side, tighten every thing down. Put your pipe adapters on for 1 inch main. Now get felt tip pen mark center exactly where pipe will insert and bottom out. To long it's going to bind 1/8 fine if you have slack in your pipe. To short you might...
Too cheap. Waste of time and money.
Would Not RecommendIt functions properly enough...easy to assemble too. But the unit leaks constantly out of all the fittings around the valves. The worst leaks are at the top of the 'jar lid' type fitting. I was able to get the leaks down to a slight drip, but over a few weeks/months they developed into bigger leaks. I installed it close to the house, and was in the crawl space and noticed the constant leaking had actually seeped through the foundation. Basically junk. I'll find another better quality brand. J...
Leaks
Would Not RecommendSince the minute I installed it the sprinkler system started to leak. I would try to fix the problem but then it would leak somewhere else. It wasn't the pressure, I even added seal tape but that still didn't work. Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone unless you really cant afford anything else. Easy to install but pain in the rear end fixing the leaks.
Great product for DIY
Would RecommendI put in my own system recently and used this manifold. It saved me a lot of time, not having to build this myself - making sure the fittings were all the same, spending hours at the store looking for all the parts, etc. The valves have worked great and I haven't had any leaks at all.
Started to leak badly after several months
Would Not RecommendI bought the 3 valve manifold kit from Lowes and the installation was moderate in difficulty. At first they worked well but as soon as it started to cool off for winter the valves began to leak badly. I live in metropolitan Phx, AZ and our lows in winter can get down to the high 20's occasionally but the normal winter temperature ranges in the mid 30's to 40's. Certainly not what one would call blizzard conditions otherwise we wouldn't have so many "snow bird" winter visitors. The valves are ins...

Nice idea but...
Would Not RecommendI installed 2 of these for my 6 valve system in a Southern California home. Within a week, they started to leak. I removed the valves (very easy) and re-installed after putting Teflon tape on all the threaded fittings. That seemed to fix the problem until the weather got cold. Not freezing (this is Southern California) but between 35-40 degrees over night. They are now leaking like crazy again. I'm going to have to remove them all and put something else in.
Easy Install
Would RecommendI bought the triple and ordered a double from another online vendor. Mounted them above ground on a side wall under a new 6 zone clock with my own splice box and used silicone lub on all the screw connections and so far I've not had any problems with them.
