A tad overpriced

I get why this is expensive, you definitely don't want any leaks here, but 25 bucks seems a bit pricey, especially when you don't even use all the pieces.

You should know

The floor is very beautiful and installers were very nice. I enjoyed working with Steve at Lowes' Apache Junction. You should know that the installers DO NOT remove the old floor but put the Lowe's floor on top of the old floor in a mobile home. I was not informed of this and I may have used a different installer. Damage to the subfloor would not be detected this way.

Missing parts and poor advice

I bought this to extend the flange after retiling the bathroom. The instructions directed me to using the gasket and the flange only with no spacers. The caveat is if you don’t use spacers, you are supposed to remove the lip on the bottom of the yellow flange. There is no easy way to do this. I used a multi tool which caused the flange to become uneven and rock. The only way to solve was to use the smallest red spacer which set the flange too high above the tile. Excellent design, easy to use, great low price. Been changing toilet Flanges out for 20+ years, and this is the first I used this product.

Great kit

Very versatile product, I ended up not needing it but the pieces are all sturdy and this kit gives you a lot of options to raise up your flange.

Buyer Beware!!! Poor Engineering

This kit has a multitude of engineering defects. Expect to perform some serious product modification to get it to fit correctly. (1). The rubber gasket, spacer rings, and flange insert are all 1/16" too large in diameter. You will need scissors to cut the outer edge of the rubber gasket to make the diameter smaller. You will need a dremmel tool to cut 1/16" off of the outer edge of the plastic spacers and flange insert. (3) The minimum extension you will get with this kit is 1/2" due to the flan...

Nicely solved my complicated toilet flange problem

Seven years after our master bath remodel, our toilet became loose and would easily wiggle. When I took the toilet off to investigate, I found that the toilet flange had cracked at both screw sites allowing the screws to move. In addition, I could see that my flange was sitting too low - over 1/2 inch below my new travertine floor.
