Would RecommendProduct is rugged and well made. All the parts needed are provided and the instructions are clear. The self-drilling screws do not start well if the existing grate is stainless. I had to pre-drill. However, once installed the base is really stable. I would recommend this product to a friend.

Works to raise a toilet flange when another layer of tile was added. The flange is plastic so can flex a bit. The self-tapping screws don't necessarily line up with solid metal in the original flange. A couple of the screws ended up lining up with existing holes/slots in the flange so didn't provide a good anchor point. You might need 2 standard was rings in order to install it for your application; a fact that wasn't clear until we got it home and opened the package.
