Simple fix for a common problem
Would RecommendI have a relatively new construction home with tile floors and all the toilet flanges are set on the subfloor below the tile level. As a result, each of the toilets have leaked repeatedly and the "other" solutions such as foam seals and double height wax rings eventually failed. This kit is exactly what you need to bring a flange up to proper height and level so that a standard wax ring will form a reliable seal as the toilet manufacturer intended.

Excellent solution to save you money
Would RecommendThis product saved me a lot of money. My toilet was leaking because the toilet flange was installed an inch below finish floor height. There was an adapter originally installed but it had a poor seal. This product solved the problem with the top sleeve that goes inside the original flange.
