Would RecommendWe tiled a bathroom and reset the toilet on the existing toilet flange. My wife complained of an occasional mild sewer smell afterward. When I pulled the toilet, it was apparent that the existing flange was so low that the wax ring wasn't compressed at all. The Set-Rite Extender was extremely easy to install following the directions and solved the problem. This might cost a little more than other methods but well worth it! Happy Wife, Happy me!!
Oatey toilet flange extender
Would RecommendI went to a competitor who’s employee gave me a repair suggestion that made me uncomfortable. I went on line and found the Oatey product and Lowe’s carried it. Drove past the competitor and purchased it from Lowe’s. Easy to follow directions and worked as advertised. Thank you Lowe’s

This product wont do small height adjustments
Would RecommendThe MINIMUM height increase that this product will provide is 3/4 inch, which is the thickness of the gasket plus the thinnest red ring and the new yellow top ring. I needed just a half inch height increase and had to modify the product considerably, using only the yellow top piece which I had to trim to fit flush onto the existing plate in the floor. After 3/4 inch you can increase in increments, but I found the original information on the product misleading.

Perfect Fit,ever single time
We recently moved to a new house and found that one of the toilets was not quite level. the rocking lead to leaking. We purchased this kit, and within an hour had a nice solid Toilet connection with no more leaking or Rocking.

Failed in less than 6 months
Would Not RecommendWas pretty easy to install. I thought it was going to work great. I noticed some water leaking out from under the toilet figuring it was just a bad seal I took the toilet off to try to reset it. when I took the waxless seal off I noticed the flange was not level. I unscrewed the kit and noticed that the yellow piece was bowed with the bolt sides sticking up. Removed from my flange. Going to look for a new way to raise the flange height. What a waste of my money.
