Great solution when contractors fail
Would RecommendWe discovered a toilet tank crack that was just starting to leak in an upstairs bathroom which was remodeled by a contractor 4 years ago. I decided to replace American Standard with Kohler and not take any chances for future leaks or problems, especially in an upstairs bathroom. After pulling the old toilet base I say a massive blue ting that looked like it has something that was doubled up and also deteriorating. Once I removed it I discovered that the top of the flange was almost an inch below...

Screws do not work for concrete
Would Not RecommendThe self tapping screws for concrete are a complete failure. Other components work as specified. You'll need to pre-drill the holes and potentially use other concrete screw. For the price, they should include the drill bit so you don't have to make another trip to buy one. Disappointed in that decision making for this. I'd recommend that Set Rite adjusts the instructions to mention this.

Flange not narrow enough.
Would Not RecommendI needed to raise the flange about 1/4 “. The minimum amount raised using this was too tall. The toilet was off the ground. Also, the main tube would not fit inside my pipe. Bad for me in two ways.

Would RecommendA good set, easy to use. Had over one inch of depth to compensate for. No issues and has done the job nicely. Just don't use a reinforced wax ring or the toilet won't set right and may leak. Use the cheap ones.

Broken toilet flange
Would RecommendMy toilet flange was broken at the johnny bolts. Used the gasket flange without any spacer and it secured the toilet down firmly.
