A Good Solution. A Bad Design.
Would Not RecommendWith a broken flange sitting well below the finished floor, we were looking for a good solution to fix both problems. The Twist-N-Set seemed to be just that. It fit securely in the 3" pipe and sealed tightly. However, I did silicone it to the broken flange (as an extra precaution). The height off the finished floor was at .375". The flange ring is .45" tall. Using the Danco Perfect Seal and following direction we set the bowl with some resistance as expected. A few test flushes showed no leaks...

A real problem solver
Would RecommendI have had to repair or replace at least one toilet flange in every home I have ever owned and it has never been an easy task. This flange however made it easy peasy. It fits into the existing pipe(the old flange needs to be completely removed) and you turn the flange to tighten the rubber collar into the pipe. Then you screw the flange into the floor. Done
