Would RecommendBest thing since butter bread. Slides right into the old cast iron pipe and with a few twists it is sealed against the pipe walls. Four stainless screws and your ready to install your toilet.

Just beware, as others have stated, you will probably have to cut / chisel / break out some of the existing pipe. This removal is 99.99% of the work. I should add that I am not a plumber. Just a DIYer

Standard Wax ring does not fit
Would Not RecommendFlange was easy to install but it does take a standard wax ring. Black hard plastic inner ring doesn't fit into opening. Had to trim to make it fit with shimms on sides of toilet to stop wobble.
