Would RecommendWhile installing new toilets I noticed the old flange seal wasn’t as tight so we bought this one to fix it. Even though it’s only plastic? It’s still very thick & sturdy. The new rubber gasket provided an air tight seal which prevents any sewer gasses from seeping up into the house or into the space between the floors. It also helps that it was the correct size compared the air old one that the previous installer used? They used a 4” flange going around a 3” pipe, which caused leaking on teh 1st...

Would RecommendI never knew they used cast iron in plumbing until I bought this house. saw this product in a video online and knew it was what I needed in my bathroom. Easy to install and gives a great seal. Just ensure you have things lined up for the to I let to sit properly or it will be crooked relative to the wall.
