Ortho Home Defense Max Wand

The product itself is good, bu the wand stops working after about 10 minutes of spraying. Ive used Ortho Home Defense before but the wand is what makes the product not worth it. i had to purchase a spray bottle and fill it to continue to spray my storage area and around my home.

I have used many of these products, they all keep bugs away for a time. But I will always get this one from now on because of the electric sprayer. It's amazing!!!

Not impressed

Treated the interior first, then the exterior of the house twice within a few days. A week later I still see ants and crickets. Not as bad as prior to treatments, but I'd hoped it would be potent enough to last for a couple months. Trying Black Flag next...

Good but not perfect. Did not kill scorpions. The battery ran down in wand before product wS totally sprayed.

dispenser w/wand worked for about 5 minutes and then 3/4 left would not come out of container

I recently purchased this product and so far I am pleased with the results I've gotten. I sprayed the inside and outside of my house and the bugs are coming up dead. The spray nozzle on the container is very easy to use and has a on/off switch for continuous spraying; it has a setting for inside and outside spraying. I could only give a good rating because I haven't been using it that long.

GREAT PRODUCT

I have used this product in the past and it has proven to be effective. I like the spray wand; it works well, does not leak and easily locks in place. I love that there is no need for pumping. I applied the product once and was intending to apply twice but there was no need for it.

Great Formula, but Wand Doesn't Work for Long

I love the product formula itself (Ortho Max Home Defense) and have been using it for a while, but I specifically bought this one for the easy-to-use wand. It was great for about two minutes, then it quit working completely. The battery was working fine and it sounded like it was spraying, but nothing was coming out after the first few minutes. I usually don't write reviews but, here it goes. I had a problem with bugs in my house, specifically roaches. I did not want to have a monthly service. Friends suggested this product and I'm glad they did. I did read some of the reviews first. I followed all the directions and sprayed indoors in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Outdoors, I sprayed around the doors and windows. I did not spray the whole perimeter of the house inside or outside. There was no awful smell. I paid the extra $$$ to...

It works.

This insecticide is easy to use and kills ants! In SC we tend to get lots of ant hills in the sandy soil and this stuff kills them quickly. The battery powered dispenser works well and I hope it is durable. The last dispenser I purchased had a manual sprayer that was spring loaded and it quit working before the liquid was gone.

pest control

So far I like the product. It is easy to use. Only use it one time before I left for up North. Hope to use it more when I return this fall. Will have better idea of how good it is. Like that I bought the wand with the batteries, easier to spray.
