What Customers Are Saying
The Christmas trees are described as generally fresh, full, and well-suited for hanging ornaments. Many customers appreciate the pleasant pine scent and the trees' ability to remain green and healthy throughout the holiday season. However, some trees have been reported as dry, dropping needles quickly, or having issues like fungus or mold. A small number of customers also felt the trees were overpriced compared to previous years.

Would Not RecommendNearly the entire inventory of trees were dry and nearly brittle, and yet all still at full price.

Love the smell of the real tree…
Would RecommendBest tree ever!

The employee left his holiday spirit in a locker. I wish that Lowe's would bring back their hot chocolate they use to provide to holiday shoppers.

Would Not RecommendI like that you carry noble firs…but it had been sitting too long on the lot or something. The base was cut so it could accept water and it never did. When I called to tell them they said take a picture of the tree. The tree looked fine cuz we had just got it home from the store. They said I could exchange it for another one. After putting lights on and ornaments do you think we are going to load a dead tree, bring it back, and do it all over again? Heck no. The best they could do was take a few...
