Would RecommendIt was 2 weeks till Christmas, and we had just finished the remodeling project that was preventing us from decorating, when we finally went in search of our tree. Well we usually bought our trees from the "other", more orange home improvement store, so that was our first stop. We were greeted with the poorest selection of trees I've ever seen at anywhere claiming to be a tree lot, and a laundry list of excuses about how the fires on the west coast had so severely diminished the supply of Christm...

Would RecommendSadly our first tree was returned 3 days later due to it not soaking up any water and the tips drying out to quickly. Lowe's didn't hesitate to refund it. We took another chance on another which turned out great. We felt much safer with this tree. It soaked up the water, filled the house with a beautiful fragrance. Brought a lot of joy to the room. Thank you Lowe's for you excellent customer service.

Would RecommendAfter going to several locations to look for a propert tree Lowes was one of the only options for a reasonable price this year, but they didn´t have too many options to choose from so I just picked the nicest one I could find....but wasn´t too happy with it.
The men who worked on the Christmas tree lot were so polite and helpful. Our tree is beautiful (the smell didn’t last long, unfortunately) but we’ve enjoyed having it in our home. We’ve bought our trees at Lowe’s for the past few years and have enjoyed the experience.

Would Not RecommendThe cost of this tree was very high and I really don't know if they cut the bottom of the tree when we went inside to pay. When I took it home and put it in the tree stand and filled it with water, it barely drank any on the water. Now it seems that it is not drinking any of the water at all and I am concerned that it will dry out. Next time I will go to a Christmas Tree farm and cut my own. Very disappointed.
