new bulb, new life

dropped my 6 cell and bulb blew, this replacement is brighter and more able to take abuse. Love the brightness too.

Complete waste of money

Replace the original bulb in my 4 D cell Mag Lite with this product and it produced noticeably less light than the incandescent bulb. Switched back to the original bulb and tossed this LED junk in the garbage because there was no way Lowes was going to take it back. If zero stars were an option I would have selected that.

Nite Ize LED conversion Bulb

Purchased this to see how well it would adapt to military issue flashlight. Works Great! Intend on getting several more to adapt in the numerous Maglites I have around the house.

Best upgrade for a classic light

Recently, my old bulb went out in my 23 year Maglite that I purchased while deployed to Bosnia, I saw this upgrade in my local Lowe's store. What a difference it has made in the clarity and lumens compared to the old incandescent bulb.It is not an expensive upgrade and we'll worth every penny. This also increases the battery life; I only wish this had existed in 1996.

Not good for a 19.2V light

I installed this new LED bulb as a replacement for the old tungsten bulb in my Craftsmen 19.2V light, and it worked briefly before going out. After that, it would only come on for a fraction of a second each time I turned the light on. Not a good match apparently...

LED replacement flashlight bulb

A little expensive but it will make your flashlight shine like never before.

Low current and very high brightness. I have used three of these upgrades. All three applications has made my original flashlight like new. One application used two D cells and the other two used AA batteries.

Easy to install, very bright light. Good way to update an older Maglite.

Improvement worth it.

The use of a heavy duty quality flashlight makes a better bulb an improvement that can be noticed every time you use it. The cost, and trouble to install it will be repaid many times over.

Impressive little bulbs

I've had two large Maglite flashlights for over twenty years and I am so pleased with my new lights!!!!! It was like getting 2 new flashlights! GREAT product for your money.

Bulb

Gave it one star because zero stars is not an option. Noticed three or four packs on the display that had been open and retaped - that should have started alarms ringing. Got one that I did not notice had been opened and retaped until I got home. I tried the bulb in both three and two cell lights. Did not work in either. Could occasionally get a very rapid dim blue flash but nothing else. My general opinion is that the bulb is a waste of time and money. Maybe one direct from the factory, from an...
