2 C cell Maglite Upgrade
I have a very old 2 C cell Maglite, thought I would upgrade when I got the new newsletter. The new LED bulb makes a world of difference. Just wish there was a lens with the package because Maglite charges Big bucks for little plastic pieces.

Check your torch's polarity first!
This does not work in the torch I bought it for. I discovered the multi-function torch is wired up so that the centre pin is negative. Thus the Light Emitting Diode will not work because the current wants to flow in the wrong direction. Poor that NiteIze do not explain this, and offer a version a that requires centre pin negative. Fortunately, I was able to find an old torch that was wired centre positive and was able to use it in that.

Not Worth The Money
Would Not RecommendTook a risk and bought 3 Nite Ize High Power LED's. Huge disappointment. In my 2 D Cell flashlight they are not bright and the light is yellow. My Cree bulbs are FAR better in the same flashlights. Says 74 Lumens in front of package. Fine print on back says brightness depends on operating conditions, number of batteries and flashlight. Learned my lesson. I'll stick with Cree
