Great coffee maker short life span

Bought 3 years ago, and has served us faithfully until it died. It froze up and now the buttons work but nothing happens with it. Three starts for only lasting three years. For how expensive this should have lasted us for a long time.

Like it, wanna love it

We've had our coffee maker for a month. I wish it was a simpler to make a carafe of coffee. My husband invariably misses a step and doesn't go quite right. I love the frother, the depth of flavor of the brew, and the warming plate that keeps the carafe of coffee piping hot.

It does everything in one machine, great design

I love that the coffee maker is so versatile. The new design does leave a sediment in the bottom of your cup. The last Ninja coffee maker did not do that. As you can see this is my second one. I have a hard time recommending it because the customer service is terrible but the design is so great.

Great, accept setting the timer.

Nearly perfect haven't had any quality issues. Only annoyance is setting the timer, leaving for work at different times daily, I have to change the time constantly which is a pain with the tiny buttons. I think integrating the wheel knob would provide a much better experience.

Water reservoir leaks

Less than 3 three years old,cleaned as instructed on schedule,the reservoir leaks.

Bad experience

I'm disappointed with this product this is my problem the machine asks water but the dispenser is full, the machine doesn't work. Don't buy it.

Changed my coffee routine for sure!!

I bought this about a month ago and i really like it. The design is efficient and looks great! It performs better than expected. I use the frother a lot, It give my coffee that creamy flavor!

Love This Coffee Maker!

I was visiting a friend over a weekend who has the Ninja Specialty Coffee Maker and I was quite impressed with it and how good the coffee was when changing the settings to rich. My partner loves iced coffee so the over ice feature is exactly what he wanted. The only issue is that it doesn't brew a full pot. We don't over fill the water container, and yet there's always about 8-10 oz of water left in the reservoir.

I got this coffee maker to start making my favorite Starbucks drinks at home. Haven’t had an issue with it and it’s still working great two years later

The best bang for your buck!

I’ve had this coffee maker for almost a month now and absolutely love it! With it being spring time the Over Ice feature has been great. Also, I love being able to set the delay brew before I go to bed and having fresh coffee just brewed when I wake up in the morning. I’ve already recommended this to so many friends!

Carafe design

I have had this coffee maker for about a month. The design of the carafe has frustrated me since day one. If they would have made the opening 1/2 inch bigger I could have put my hand inside to clean but you are forced to use a brush and it is very difficult to get the right angle etc for cleaning. And I can never really dry the carafe efficiently to have it spotless. Also the handle collects water inside that continues to then drip out. So very frustrated with this design. My go-to coffee maker

I bought this as a replacement for the older model (which was still working perfectly fine). I liked how this version has a slightly smaller footprint due to the clock and a few other buttons being moved up to the main interface. One thing missing is the pre-heat feature, so im not sure if the unit is now optimized for that? I still find myself having to heat up the coffee a bit more in the microwave, mostly when making a single cup vs. a whole pot, but was used to that with the old model too. T...

I bought this to replace my Keurig coffee maker, and I’m happy for the switch!!! I love that you can make a single cup of coffee or a full pot.

Not worth the money

This coffee maker has nothing but defects. If you want water or coffee all over your counter, then purchase this maker. I had mine replaced & still nothing but problems, when you contact for help they act like you never brewed a pot of coffee before or know how to trouble shoot, when actually you know more about it than the person on the other side on the phone. Both of my daughters recommended this coffee maker and I Had to get into the 21st century and get a modern coffee maker and I’m glad I Purchased the Ninja 410. No complaints at all.

Product will break

The coffee bar broke within a year of use. We read some reviews about how it makes great coffee but is useless within a year. Unfortunately those reviews were accurate. The machine beeps like it is out of water when the reservoir is completely full. We tried running the clean cycle which extended the use to about a year and a half, but now it will not function properly despite repeated clean cycles. Love this Coffee Maker

I bought the Ninja Coffee Bar in January 2017 and have used it daily. Today the water reservoir leaked from the bottom and I was going to see if I can purchase a new reservoir but when I saw this very similar machine, I bought it! I love this product and it has served me well for 5 years - I do use distilled water and I purchase descaling solution from Ninja - it works. Can't wait for my new coffee maker to arrive.

Good.. when it works.

If it works, it’s great! But it will randomly stop working and beep 5 times. You can look up “5 beeps of death” on Google and there are many people who are experiencing this. It’s beyond frustrating, especially when you’re needing your morning coffee.
