Quality isn’t there

Bought this coffee maker exactly 1 year and 1 month ago. It now will not take in any water. Very disappointing and only 1 month outside of the warranty period. Disappointing when you spend so much on a product, with hopes of years of use. Coffee maker was great up until it couldn’t make coffee anymore.

Bottom gets hot enough to burn wooden table

We purchased this item less than a year ago. When brewing it only fills pot 75% on the full pot setting. It is on our coffee bar which is wooden. The burner has slightly burnt the table so watch where you place maker.

Ours Made it 13 months and quit working only has 1 year warranty

Works great for a while then slowly begins to fail

I've had several models of this coffee maker through the years and it makes the best coffee (which is why I keep replacing it). However, once the clean light starts coming on, about 6 months in, things begin to fall apart. First, the clean light comes on more frequently and if you ignore it, the machine stops working. So you have to run the clean cycle every week or two. Eventually the light remains on, despite cleaning regularly. Then after awhile, the stay warm feature begins to diminish. ...

This is by far my favorite kitchen appliance. I've had mine for years. I can make as much or as little as I need with no fuss.

When my previous Ninja finally gave up her ghost, I started looking for my next Ninja. I have had my eye on this one for a while. So happy with it. There will always be a Ninja in my kitchen.

Fantastic Coffee Maker Plus

This has all the features I was looking for in a coffee maker. I can make a full pot of coffee as well as a 4 ounce espresso with the same machine and they both taste delicious. Everything I wanted and more.

Amazing product

This is simply an amazing coffee maker with great results. Besides the aesthetics which are gorgeous and slick and modern. The smooth way it produces the coffee and the end result are extremely great. Let me also explain that there might be other high end brands out there but nothing compares to the value you are getting for this price . You will not regret it .

Awesome coffee maker

I’ve had this coffee maker for about a year and love it. I set it to make a cup on a timer on weekdays so it’s ready when I get up for work. I also used it to make tea for iced tea. The only downside is that my drip stop does not work. Coffee still pours when I turn the lever.

I have had this coffee maker for two weeks. I love it. I make a cappachino every morning.

Only worked one time.

We used this coffee maker one time and thought it was excellent. Second time, it won’t work. Continue to receive an add water error. The reservoir is full and can’t even brew a cup of coffee. So frustrating! I really thought that we finally found an awesome coffee maker. Man oh man was I wrong!

Love it

I'm the only one in my house that drinks coffee and I only drink one, maybe two cups of (black) a day. It's perfect for me. It's easy.

LOVE this coffee maker!

I've had this coffee maker for about a year now. It is all I was hoping for and more. The best feature is its convenience. I have the automatic set for one cup for me on weekdays and on the weekend we make a pot. If we have company, we can make any size-one cup to a full pot-depending on who wants what. It hasn't given me any problem. It's simple to use. It's not too big. AND no more pods. I've recommended this coffee maker to so many people.

Love this coffee pot

I got this for Christmas 2021 it was great until abut two weeks ago around August the 1st it just quit, i thought it might might be the plug, nope moved it all over the kitchen it would come on start to brew and turn off. No I am not just a morning cup of coffee person so this was not working for me. I ended up having to buy a new coffee maker

The best coffee!

If you buy a ninja you will be ruined for life. No other coffee pot achieves the great taste in my opinion. We just bought another because we bought a camper and we are using our first ninja in the camper. We’ve had that coffee pot for about 7 years. The new one is larger but just as good if not better. We are fans!

Threw out my French press...

I have been a bit of a coffee snob for over 15 years. I've lived in Turkey Europe to include Italy France Germany Spain Portugal. Waste of money

I bought this at Christmas. By March, it started to overflow on the sides. We've tried everything that we could think of, to solve the problem. I went to my back up coffee pot. Never again, will I spend money on this product.
